Yukeeba Shandreika Poole, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, was born on Sunday, July 8, 1984, in Palatka, Florida, to Annie Campbell and Clifton Davis. With a heart full of faith and love, Yukeeba was educated in the Putnam County School District and graduated from Palatka High School in the Class of 2003. This milestone marked the beginning of a beautiful journey filled with cherished moments.
Yukeeba embraced life with passion and joy, finding happiness in the simplest of pleasures. She was of the Pentecostal faith, instilling a strong sense of community and spirituality in her family. Her enthusiasm for life was evident in her love for cooking and her delight in family outings, where laughter and love flourished in abundance.
Yukeeba was employed as a Quality Assurance Lead at KeHE in Elkton, FL. Yukeeba had a unique flair for fashion, showcasing her vibrant personality through her love for stylish heels and trending clothing. Her smile and zest for life were contagious, making every gathering brighter and more joyful.
On Friday, May 2, 2025, surrounded by her loving family Yukeeba answered the Lord's call at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital, leaving behind a world that will surely miss her warmth and spirit. As we remember Yukeeba, let us honor her life by embracing each other with the same love and compassion she shared.
Yukeeba leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Dontavian Poole, Sr., of Palatka; cherished sons, William "Prince" Session III, Levon Bartley, and Dontavian Poole, Jr., all of Palatka, who were the joys of her life; mother, Annie (Freddie) Deleon; father, Clifton (Tammy) Davis, Sr.; sisters, Porsha Dumas, of St. Augustine; Tiarra Davis, and Lavonda (Lenwood) McCullough, both of Spring Hill; brothers, Maurice Dumas, Sr., David Blackmon, Jr., both of Palatka; and Clifton (Kendra) Davis, Jr., of Spring Hill; grandparents, Mary (Elmore) Woodberry, Elder James (Brenda) Campbell, Sr.; a host of aunts including, Angela Poole and Tammie Valentine; cousin, Willie Cobbs; sisters-in-law, Shandreka Ferguson, Jazmine Rodriguez; brother-in-law, Bruce (Ashley) Kirksey; grandmother-in-law, Brenda Johnson; other relatives and friends.
Each family member carries a piece of her spirit, and her legacy of love and kindness will forever resonate in their hearts.
She will forever remain in our hearts, an enduring light of love and strength.
