Willis Bruce Hewitt, 68, of Satsuma entered the sunset of life on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at his residence. A native of Frederick, MD, he was the son of Willis N. and Rosemary (Woolever) Hewitt, born on Thursday, January 6, 1949. He was a 1967 graduate of Thomas Johnson High School in Frederick, MD. Throughout his life he worked numerous construction and handy man jobs. He also obtained his CDL license and drove tour buses and tractor trailers. Willis loved being outdoors and riding his motorcycle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in eternal rest by his wife, Angie Hewitt, brothers Edwin, Joseph, and Larry Hewitt.

He leaves to cherish his memories: son, Richard Wine, Thurmont, MD; daughter, Jeanette Gano, Harper Ferry, WV brother, Donald (Cindy) Hewitt, Frederick, MD; sister in law, Chris Hewitt, Boonsboro, MD; aunt, Sylvia Hawkins, Okeechobee; grandchildren, Braxton Engle, Devin, Dalton, and Brandy Wine; and other relatives and friends.

The Hewitt family will schedule a memorial service at a later date.
