Willie McKinley Oliver, Jr., 60, of Palatka, entered the sunset of life on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at Crestwood Nursing Center. A native of Palatka, he was a lifelong resident of Putnam County. He was educated in the Putnam County School District. He was a member of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Federal Point, Reverend Johnnie Butts, Pastor. Homegoing Celebration will be 11 o'clock a.m. Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Mount Tabor First Baptist Church, 4909 St. Johns Avenue, Palatka. Visitation of family and friends will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday, July 18th. Interment will be in Oak Hill West Cemetery.
