Traci Lynette Neal, 42, of Bunnell, entered the sunset of life on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at AdventHealth Stuart F. Meyer Hospice Care Center, Palm Coast. The daughter of Leroy Emanuel and Dorothy Neal, Traci was born on Saturday, September 15, 1979 in Bunnell, Florida. She was educated in the Brevard & Flagler County School Districts and a 1998 graduate of Flagler-Palm Coast High School. Upon graduation, Traci attended Everest University where she earned a degree in Medical Billing and Coding.  She worked for many years at Florida Eye Associates in New Haven, Melbourne and also Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine.

She received baptism of the Holy Ghost at a very young age and kept her faith of God very near and dear to her heart.  She was affectionately known by many as "Tweet" who loved mud pies. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother who never wavered in neither her faith in God, nor her love for her family.

Traci was preceded in eternal rest by her grandmother, Edna Thomas; bonus father, Charles Mapp; brother, Clay Emanuel; aunts, Elizabeth Brock, Beverly Brock; uncles, John Thomas, Joel Emanuel.

She leaves to cherish her memories: parents, Leroy Emanuel and Dorothy Neal, "like a mother," Betty Tape, children, Adren Mitchell Jr; Patrick Hall Jr., Isaiah Neal, Princeton "Messiah" Harper, 2 grandchildren, Jace Mitchell, Adren Isaiah Mitchell; siblings, Eddie London, Holly Neal, Michael London,  BB Neal, Keith Neal, Philip Neal, Mabel Neal, Krystal Neal, Rafiel Emanuel, Katrina (Anthony) Bellamy, Larhonda (Rufus) Stargell, Russell Laster, Sophia (John) Tucker, Cornell Emanuel, Terry (Selena) Emanuel, Tony Emanuel, and Jasmine Allen; aunts & uncles, Marylou Cooper, Rosa Baldwin, Annette Davenport, Maxine (Calvin) Grant, Diane (Clyde) Brown, Jerry Tape, Gary Brock, Shirley Owens, Mary (Willie) Brown Sr., Rhondy (David) Johnson; Elnora Emanuel, Alice Emanuel, Lawrence Emanuel, Grover Emanuel, Calvester (Candy) Emanuel; Elijah (Hattie) Emanuel;  best friends, Terri McCaskill, Krystal Daniels,  Monique Johnson; god-mother, Valerie Verdell; special friend, Saundra Boatwright, lifelong friend, Trevor Valentine; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends she leaves behind who will miss her dearly.

Celebration of Traci's Life will be 10 a.m., at First Baptist Church of Bunnell, 2301 Commerce Parkway, Bunnell. Elder Rayfield Gilyard, Sr., Grace and Mercy Temple, Hinesville, GA, is the eulogist. Interment will be in Masonic Cemetery, Palm Coast.
