Sylvester Tyrone Jenkins, 28, of Jacksonville, entered the sunset of life on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at his residence. The son of Ka-Nekia Hughes and Sylvester L. Jenkins, he was born on Wednesday, August 4, 1993 in St. Augustine. Sylvester was educated in the Flagler County School District and a 2013 graduate of Matanzas High School. He was employed by Amazon as a Scanner from 2019-2022. Sylvester enjoyed drawing, listening to music, modeling, and using technology.

Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, August 21, at Calvary MBC Family Life Center, 1414 Bronson Street, Palatka. Elder Randall Chestnut, Pompey's Temple COGIC, Hastings, Pastor, is the eulogist.
