Sharon Denise Trower Walker, 39, of Atlanta, GA., entered the sunset of life on Friday, June 10, 2011 at her family's San Mateo residence, guided by the Lord to come home to one day in advance of her eternal transition. Sharon was a native of Palatka, born on July 26, 1971 to Thomas Trower and Josephine Johnson. Sharon was a 1989 graduate of Crescent City High School. During her early years, she was a member of Holy Temple of God Church, East Palatka and she subsequently became a faithful and constant supporter of Life Changing Outreach Ministries. Since 2000, Sharon was a Customer Service Representative, respectfully employed by Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA) and Delta Airlines. Sharon possessed and portrayed a true, faithful, kind-hearted spirit who enjoyed sports and traveling.

Sharon was preceded in eternal rest by her father, Thomas Trower; sister, Cynthia Mimage; maternal grandparents, Joe and Queen Johnson; paternal grandparents, Lilton and Ruth Trower; step-grandparents, Ralph and Eddie Mae Graham; uncles, James "Bubba" Jones and Edward Trower.

Sharon leaves loving memories with her two sons: Thomas Trower, Riverdale, GA; Quentavius Trower, Palatka; mother & stepfather, Evangelist Josephine (Pastor Charlie) Lawton, San Mateo; step-mother, Becky Johns, Dover, DE; special friend, Antonio Vickers, Riverdale, GA; sisters, LaShonda Grice White, Palatka; Nevada Grice and Charlene (Jessie) Session, both of San Mateo; Erica Seymour, Daytona Beach; Danielle Johns, Jennifer Johns, Tammy Johns, Veronica Johns, all of Dover; brothers, Leonard Grice, Crawfordville; Lenny Grice, Edward Lawton, and Eddie Lawton, all of Palatka, Charles "Tony" Mimage, Pomona Park; Anthony (Peggy) Redding, Daytona Beach; Christopher Bell, Putnam Hall, Charles Thomas, San Mateo and Ginus Johns, Dover; a host of aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other caring relatives & friends.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Friday, June 17 at the Chapel of Serenity. A Celebration of Life Service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, June 18 at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 719 Reid Street, Palatka, Rev. James McGriff, Pastor. Bishop Keith Woodard, pastor of Life Changing Outreach Ministries, Palatka, is the eulogist.

Interment will be in Pattersonville Memorial Cemetery, East Palatka.
