Ronteria Danielle Isom, 21, of Palatka, entered the sunset of life Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Putnam Community Medical Center. Teri was born Sunday, April 9, 1989 in Orange Park, Florida and was a lifelong resident of Palatka. She was a graduate of Palatka High School (Class of 2007). She was affiliated with New Life Temple Fellowship, Apostle Mark A. Jones, Overseer and Soul Mission Church of God in Christ, Elder Alonzo Mulberry, Pastor. She was a member of the Zeta Archonettes Club (2005-2007). Teri was a Direct Support Caregiver at O'Carroll Homes and was previously employed by Isom Support Services as well as D & G Child Care Center. She enjoyed writing poetry and music, really loved children, and was intrigued with the healthcare and medical profession. She was pursuing a nursing degree at St. Johns River Community College.

Ronteria was preceded in eternal rest by her maternal grandmother, Maynell Jones; paternal grandmother, Rosa Mae Ash; maternal great grandparents, Richard and Ernestine Dennenter; paternal great grandmothers, Beatrice Floyd & Lucille Isom; maternal great grandmother, Mary Jones; maternal great grandfather, Clemmie Green.

Visitation of family and friends will be 5-8 p.m. Friday (Today) July 30th at the Chapel of Serenity. Homegoing services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 31st at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 719 Reid St., Palatka, Rev. James McGriff, Pastor. Apostle Mark A. Jones, Pastor and Overseer of New Life Temple Fellowship, East Palatka is the Eulogist. The family requests all relatives to assemble 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Bethel A.M.E. Church.
