Obituary

Ronda Lana Jenkins, 59, of Crescent City, entered the sunset of life on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at North Florida Regional Medical Center, Gainesville. A native of Seville, she was the daughter of James Jenkins, Sr. and Rosa Lee (Baber) Jenkins, born on Monday, August 7, 1961. Ronda was educated in the Putnam County School District at Crescent City High School. She was a witness at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Crescent City. Ronda enjoyed witnessing, shopping, and surfing the internet.

In addition to her parents, Ronda was preceded in eternal rest by her maternal grandfather, Arthur Baber, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Willie, Sr. and Josephine Jenkins.

She leaves to cherish her memories: brothers, James Jenkins, Jr., Bunnell; Kim (Tina) Jenkins, Daytona Beach; Darnell Jenkins (Nina Seminck), Holly Hill; Zachary Jenkins (Tracy Estrada), Palm Coast; sisters, Francine Wells, Crescent City; Desiree Brown, Palm Coast; Lorenda (Henry) Scott, Bunnell; special niece, Kakita Addison; maternal grandmother, Georgia Bell Baber, Crescent City; aunts & uncles, Georgia (John) Hudson, Hattie Baber, Viola Thomas, all of Crescent City; James (Jamica) Baber, Jacksonville; Amos Baber, Palm Coast; goddaughter, Annalisaia Ford; and a host of other relatives and friends.

In compliance with CDC COVID-19 guidelines (including required masks) a socially-distanced visitation of family and friends will be 10 a.m. – 12 noon, Saturday, November 21 at "Flagg's Chapel of Serenity."
