Robert Lee Reese, Sr., 81, of Seville, entered the sunset of life on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at AdventHealth Deland. The son of John and Myrtle Reese, was born on Saturday, August 3, 1940 in Seville. At an early age, Robert accepted and dedicated his life to Christ. Robert attended Euclid High School. He was employed at Albin Hagstrom & Son, Pierson, Florida for over 40 years. On December 9, 1978, Robert was joined in holy matrimony to Idella K. Reese. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, taking care of his property, watching old westerns and the news. He also enjoyed watching his sons play sports and vacationing with his family.

He leaves to cherish his memories: devoted wife , Idella Keeley Reese; sons , Paul Rodney Reed, Jr., Robert Lee (Yalanda) Reese, Jr.; Andre "D.K." (Olivia) Reese; sister, Pearl "Letta Jean" Reese; nephew , Maurice Antonio Keeley; devoted sister-in-law , Velvet P. Keeley; sister-cousin , Pearl "Peaches" Griffin; 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, including dear friend, Johnnie Will Fuller.

Visitation of family and friends will be 5-7 p.m., Friday, August 13 at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 1935 Barton Street, Seville. Celebration of Robert's Life will be held graveside 3:30 p.m., Saturday, August 14 at St. John Baptist Cemetery, Seville. Reverend Cornelius S. Golden, Pastor of Ward Chapel A.M.E. Church, Seville, is the eulogist.
