Percillia Ann Banks Muhammad, 49, of Palatka, entered the sunset of life on Thursday, July 3rd, 2008 at Putnam Community Medical Center. Percillia was born on October 25, 1958 and has been a life long resident of Palatka. She was educated in the Putnam County School District and a graduate of Palatka High School. Before Percillias untimely demise, she attended the House of God Church, Dr. Gilbert L. Evans, Jr., Pastor. Her hobbies and enjoyment in life was achieved through mowing lawns for numerous area residents throughout Palatka. Preceding her in eternal rest includes her son, Richard Thomas; mother, Pauline Daniels; stepmother Eula Staretha Banks. To Cherish Her Memories, Father, Elijah (Johnnie Mae), Banks, Jr., Ft. Lauderdale; Elijah (LaWun) Banks, Palatka; Sisters, Lecinda Robinson-Cason; Lutricia Banks, both of Palatka; Sylvia Cochran, Christenia (Curtis) Rachel, Colleen (Lilton) Blakey, Michelle (Bernard) Jackson, all of Ft. Lauderdale; Demetrias Banks, Jacksonville; Uncle, David (Gwendolyn) Daniels, Ft. Lauderdale. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and caring friends. Visitation of family & friends will be Friday, July 11th from 5-8 p.m. at the Chapel of Serenity. Homegoing services will be 11 am, Saturday, July 12th at the Chapel of Serenity, 2400 Madison St. Her brother, Minister Jimmie Banks is the Eulogist. Interment will be in Pattersonville Memorial Cemetery, East Palatka.
