Patty Laverne Starling, 54, of Interlachen, entered the sunset of life on Monday, November 4, 2024 at HCA FL Putnam Hospital, Palatka.

Patty was born on Wednesday, January 7, 1970 in Jacksonville, FL. She attended Andrew Jackson High School. Patty loved all animals and never met a stray  that she didn't bring home with her.

She was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Charles Starling, III.  She is survived by: her daughter, Carrie Starling; parents, Paulette and LeForest Mayberry; the Love of her life, James Riley and his daughters, Elizabeth and Sarah; sisters, Rebecca (Jason) English, Mary (Mark) Bartolini, Sandy (Mel) Patterson, Anne (Randy) Heath; brother, David Mayberry; numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins as well as many dear friends and neighbors. Each of these individuals held a special place in Patty's heart.

She will always be remembered as "Aunt Pat Pat" and the life of the party.

A celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 9th at 1:00 PM at her home, 132 Arden Ave,  Interlachen, FL where everyone can experience the beautiful sunsets that she loved so much. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to your local animal shelter.
