Patricia Ann Jones Clark, 60, of Palatka, entered the sunset of life on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at UF Health Shands Hospital, Gainesville following an extended illness. A native and lifelong resident of Palatka, she was born Wednesday, December 17, 1952 to James Charles "J.C." Jones, Sr., and Wilmatine Plummer Jones. Patricia was a 1970 graduate of Central Academy High School. In 1974, she was united in marriage to Richard Lee Clark. In 1976, she accepted Christ as her personal Saviour and was a faithful member of Refuge Church of our Lord Jesus Christ, previously serving as the Pastor's Secretary, Senior Missionary, and on the Women's Council. She was a childcare coordinator formerly employed by RCMA. Patricia subsequently became a Home Daycare Provider and an Interior Decorator and her hobbies included gardening. Her parents preceded her in eternal rest. Those who cherish her memories: sons & daughters, Kismet Bettina Clark, Renard LeQuan Clark, Seon Marquis Clark, Katoria Latrecia Clark and Aaron La'Keith Clark; former husband and father of her children, Richard Lee Clark; siblings, Wilma Jones Mungin, James Charles (Joyce) Jones, Jr., Charlotte Jones Chandler, Sammie Lee Jones, Calvester Eugene (Lisa) Jones, all of Palatka; Martha Jones Charles, Tampa; Belinda Jones Thompson, Fayetteville, NC; brother-in-law, Charlie Willie Campbell, Palatka; 8 grandchildren, Keymeria, Kieran, De'Quan, Kearis, Demorian, C'Ontrae, LeeQuisten, and Areyanna; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and caring friends. Celebration of life will be 2 p.m. Saturday, July 6 at "Flagg's Chapel of Serenity", 2400 Madison Street, Palatka. The Honorable Apostle, Bishop Gentle Lee Groover Sr., pastor of Greater Refuge Temple, Jacksonville, is the eulogist. Elder Sam Harris, Pastor, Refuge Church of our Lord Jesus Christ, officiating.
