Deaconess Pamela Ann Felton Fragale, 54, of St. Charles, MO (formerly Green Cove Springs), entered the sunset of life on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles. A native of Green Cove Springs, she was the daughter of Willie James and Dora Felton, born on Sunday, September 4, 1966. She was educated in the Clay County School District. Pamela was a member of Central Baptist Church of Wentzville, MO where she faithfully served as a Deaconess, choir member, and dance teacher. She was employed by Mobil on the Run Station as a Cashier. Pamela enjoyed fishing, shopping, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in eternal rest by her sister, Lisa Arnett Felton.

She leaves to cherish her memories: husband , Savatore Joseph Fragale, St. Charles; son , James Anthony Felton, Jacksonville; daughters, Lisa Arnett Holmes, Samantha Nichole Fragale, both of St. Charles; grandchildren , Jeremiah Felton, James Felton, Adonis James; brothers , James Willie Felton, Jacksonville; Samuel Lee Felton, Clearwater; Arthur James Felton, Tampa; James (Sharena) Durrell, Orange Park; sisters , Diane (Ronnie) Ross, Green Cove Springs; Willie Mae Felton, Miami; Gloria Felton, Dora (James) Hampshire, both of Green Cove Springs, Debbie Smiley, Jacksonville; aunts & uncles , Jimmy Felton, Orlando; Mary Ruth (J.C.) Williams, Jacksonville; Mary Ellen Daniels, Mary Lee (Brian) Blackshear, both of Cordele, GA; and a host of other relatives and friends.

CDC guidelines will be followed for the visitation of family and friends from 12-2 p.m., Saturday, June 12 with the Homegoing service commencing at 2 p.m. at Congregational Holiness Church, Green Cove Springs. Pastor Jonathan Bryant, Faith Outreach Church of Florida, Middleburg, officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Green Cove Springs.
