Nellie Deloris McNair Williams, 82, native and lifelong resident of Jacksonville, peacefully entered eternal rest on Monday, November 11, 2019 at Community Hospice, St. Vincent's Riverside Center in Jacksonville. The daughter of Oliver McNair and Vivian Keith (Mobley) McNair, she was born on September 11, 1937. She was educated in the Duval County School System. Nellie was employed as personal caregiver for the family of Dr. Love-Joy for more than 45 years. She was an entrepreneur and diligently worked in environmental services for several years. Nellie was a member of Abyssinia Missionary Baptist Church, Jacksonville. She truly enjoyed fishing, gardening and tennis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in eternal rest by her husband, Arthur Williams; daughter; Sheila McNair-Wright; siblings; Joyce McNair, Jessie Mae Jones, Arlene Daniels, and James McNair.

She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted daughter ; Paulette Myers-Grant, caring son ; Willie W. Myers, Jr., grandchildren ; Laquisha Myers, Kevin Wright, Ashley Hierrezuelo and Willie Myers III; sisters, Vivian Hardy, Gloria Walker, and Joann Bell; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews , cousins , other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, November 16 at Abyssinia Missionary Baptist Church, 10325 Interstate Center Drive, Jacksonville, FL., Rev. Dr. Eugene W. Diamond, Senior Pastor, officiating.
