Nanette Marie No-No Powell, 50, retired homemaker, of Satsuma entered the sunset of life on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center following an extended illness. The daughter of Albert and Carmen (Fournier) Lemieux, she was born on Thursday, September 8, 1960, in Norwich, CT and resided in Satsuma for the past ten years. Nanette was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed, dancing, singing and spending time with close friends and family. She was preceded in eternal rest by her parents; sister, Deborah Ann Laput; and husband, Russell Powell. She leaves to cherish her memories; two brothers, Roderick Lemieux, Tampa, FL; Nelson Lemieux, Moosup, CT; companion, Roland Bones Bramble, Satsuma; and numerous dear friends. A Memorial Celebration for family and friends will commence Friday afternoon, April 1st and continue throughout the weekend at Nanettes residence in Satsuma.
