Loretta Lavern Wright Roland, was a native of Flagler County (Bimini), FL., and resident of Hephzibah, GA.  She was the daughter of Luther Wright and Annie Lee (Ceasear) Robinson, born on Sunday, July 21, 1957.  Loretta was educated in the Flagler County School District and subsequently furthered her education at St. Augustine Vocational-Technical Institute earning certification and an Associate degree in Culinary Arts. She was a member of Hephzibah Baptist Church. She was a retired Celebrity Chef who catered countless celebrities over the years, with both national and international clientele.  She was an entrepreneur who owned and operated "LL Creative Catering" of Augusta, GA., and also served as an Executive Chef for Southern Food Management of Atlanta, GA.  Loretta was extraordinarily passionate about cooking, couponing,  collecting unicorns, plus, she was a world traveler, Home Shopping Network (HSN) connoisseur, cruise-ship lover, make-shift meteorologist, and a dynamic food blogger.  Loretta was the original founder and CEO of the morning spiritual text committee, unofficial grocery store weekly sales ad specialist, and official recipe developer, life coach, relationship counselor, and owner of the "B" section Room & Board in Palm Coast, FL. She was the Queen of "The Most", and an avid collector of expensive things (at her children's expense).

In addition to her father, she was preceded in eternal rest by her husband , John Olejniczak, maternal grandparents , Jack and Jannie Ceasear; paternal grandparents , Luther and Melrose Wright; uncle , Jessie Lee Ceasear; father-in-law , Leonard Olejniczak; brother-in-law , Timothy Olejniczak; niece , Jessica Gibson; and "her prized pup-daughter ", Mango Lavern Wright Olejniczak.

Loretta Roland entered the sunset of life on Monday, March 7, 2022 at Burke Medical Center, Waynesboro, GA.
