Lorenzo William "Big Watts" Watts Sr., 62, of Palatka, entered the sunset of life on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at UF Health Shands Hospital, Gainesville. A native and longtime resident of Palatka, he was the son of Willie Watts, Sr., and Ruby Lee Taylor Watts. He was born on Monday, January 8, 1951 and attended Central Academy High School, class of 1969. He subsequently continued his education in Pennsylvania, earning a degree in business. He was a case manager at the Opportunity House in Reading, PA., for ten years. Lorenzo was formerly affiliated with Grace & Truth Deliverance Ministries and attended Higher Dimensions of Hope Ministries. He really loved people and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was an avid football fan and loved to travel and play cards. In addition to his mother and father, he was preceded in eternal rest by his stepsister Rose Jenkins-Armster. Those who cherish his memories; daughter, Juanessa Rhon'Keisha Watts; sons, Lorenzo William Watts, Jr., and Lenwell Wilton Watts; stepmother, Mother Aldine Watts; brother, Larry Watts; sisters, Loret Denise Taylor, Lorine Genise Taylor and Phyllis Wanster Smith, all of Palatka; stepbrothers, Isaiah Cross, Biloxi, MS.; John Golden, Jacksonville; Randolph Jenkins, Billy Golden, both of Palatka; Kenneth Golden, Atlanta, GA.; 5 grandchildren, Mikeisha Colson; Mikia Colson; Lenwell Watts, Jr.; Lentrell Watts; LenMaria' Watts, 1 great grandson, Jar'Taviaus Jones, Jr. and a host of other relatives and caring friends. Visitation of family and friends will be Thursday, November 21 from 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., with Homegoing Celebration at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at "Flagg's Chapel of Serenity." Pastor Beverly L.
