Linda Kay Cook, 69, of Westfield, Indiana, entered the sunset of life on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Putnam Community Medical Center, Palatka. The daughter of Donald and Mary Lou (Overby) Jones, she was born on Saturday, February 14, 1948. She was educated in the Hamilton County IN School District and was a graduate of Carmel High School. On September 30, 1977, Linda was united in marriage to Jimmie Dee Cook. She was employed with Carmel Clay Schools as a Bus Driver for many years until retirement. Linda enjoyed playing cards, travelling with her husband, and spending time with her grandchildren.

(Suzie) Cook; sister-in-law, Mary Alice (Marlen) Cook Purvis; other relatives and friends, including special cousins, Sandra Daniels, Cindy (Jim) Ransford, Nancy (Ben) Ricketts.
A Memorial Celebration honoring Linda's Life will be from 1-4 p.m., Sunday, November 5 at the Hamilton County Firefighter's Union Hall, 399 South 14th Street, Noblesville, IN 46060. In lieu of flowers, the Cook family request donations be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
