Kathleen Rene “Little Kat” Dumaoal was born on Wednesday, October 1, 1969 to Patricia Ann Brown and Charles Myron Berry in Roanoke, Virginia. She was educated in the Brevard County Florida School District and previously resided in the Cocoa Beach / Orlando area.

Kathleen was an entrepreneur and later became a homemaker. Her favorite form of recreation was fishing. She was the widow of Carlton Gavin Dumaoal.

Kathleen’s civic connections included affiliation with the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Lodge- Lake Como and the Loyal Order of the Moose - Lake Como.

In addition to her parents and husband, Kathleen was preceded in eternal rest by her sister, Mary Lou Peek.

Kathleen entered the sunset of life on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at her residence.

Cherished memories of Kathleen remain with sons, David Dwayne Stokes, Jr. of Orlando and Eric Allan Haas of Tampa; daughters, Amber Rene Troup and Ashley Lorraine Troup, both of Gainesville; stepfather, James Lionel Brown of Ocala; brothers, Christopher Blaine Berry of Syracuse, New York; sister, Cheryl (Jason) Freeman of Ocala; sister in law, Debra Marceau of Tampa and two Chihuahua fur babies, Diojea and Shorty.
