Obituary

Juliet Roshuan Thompson, was born on Saturday, February 15, 1958, in St. Augustine, FL, to George Edward Armstrong and Martha Albertine (Johnson) Armstrong. After completing formative years of education in the St. Johns County School District, she earned an Associate's degree from St. Augustine College, Raleigh, North Carolina in 1975.  On January 12, 1979, Juliet was united in holy matrimony to Charles Thompson. They were blessed to have been married for 44 years and together for 48 years.

A large majority of her years of employment included working in the retail industry as a sales associate at Kmart and Chico's. In 2011, Juliet officially retired.

As an active member of Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, Juliet's gifts and talents were uniquely displayed on the Deaconess Board and in the W.O.W.  She rendered further service to her church home as a facilitator for the primary Sunday school class and as director and member of the church choir. Numerous other church events were masterfully orchestrated with Juliet's golden touch. Her hobbies included drawing and painting.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in eternal rest by her brother, Johnel "Skip" White and brother-in-law, Kenneth Williams.

Juliet entered eternal rest on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Flagler Hospital, St. Augustine.

Juliet leaves to cherish her sweet memories, her husband, Charles Thompson; children, Shamika, Sharde and Shianne Thompson;  grandchildren, Saniya and Major King;  brothers, Gregory (Lydia) White and Joel (Joyce) White; sister, Sharon Williams;  sister-in-law, Mary White; nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren and friends.

Her warmth, light and love touched many lives. She will truly be missed by those who have crossed her path.
