Judy Kay Bromer, 64, of Palatka, entered the sunset of life on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at her residence. The daughter of Billie Joe Adams and Evelyn Florence Duvall, she was born on October 21, 1958, in Flint, Michigan. Judy was of the christian faith. She enjoyed crafting, baking, cooking, and creating art. She also enjoyed being a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in eternal rest by her sons, Laurence "Binky" Collier, Bryan Collier; brother, David Burges; aunts, Betty Kearns, Beula Duvall.

She leaves to cherish her memories: husband, Georg Bromer; children, Erin Collier, Jessica Collier, William Bromer; grandchildren, Bella Baez, Helena Collier, Catalina Bromer, Milo Toro; brother, Dewayne Adams; sisters, Janet Bugner, Rhonda Beall, Sherri Jarlis, Patricia Schellkopf; aunts and uncles, Joe Duvall, Robert Duvall, Jr., Paul Duvall, Beverly Duvall, Beula Hardin, Roberta White Duvall, Ginny Maclarn Duvall; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
