Joyce Ann "Winky" Moore-Sharp, 67, of Palatka, entered the sunset of life on Monday, October 7, 2024 at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital, Palatka. The daughter of Alonzo Walker and Ophelia Oxendine Smith-Walker, she was born on  Tuesday, June 4, 1957 in Palatka. She was educated in the Putnam County School District and was a 1974 graduate of Crescent City Jr/Sr High School. She was a member of Grace Life Church, Palatka where she served as a speaker and worship singer. Joyce was formerly employed by North Point Youth Mentorship Program as a Director. She enjoyed decorating, painting, fishing, shopping and gardening.

She was preceded in eternal rest by her father.

She leaves to cherish her memories: husband, Rondal Sharp, Palatka; mother, Ophelia Walker; sons and daughter, Jimmie Eugene Moore, Jr., Jermaine Author Moore, Jerel Eugene Moore, Jamie Eli Moore, Jason Alonzo Moore, Jervard Antonio Moore, Stephanie Grace Jones; 17 grandchildren, Donta, Kevin, J'Vonte, Juwon, Jakevia, Jamiah, Jalyn, Jerel, Jr., Jervarion, Zyeer, Sanai, Zion, Morai, Noa, Jamari, Jai'seon, Jace Moore; 8 great grandchildren, Kevin, Jr., Kamaron, Aunesty, Kayden, J'auni, Da'layla Kieshona, Damira Khloe, Armoni Noelle Moore; 4 brothers, Isaac Smith, Eddie Smith, Joseph Walker, Joe Walker; 5 sisters, Rose Treasure, Mary Smith, Lyn Smith, Joanne Vreen, Judy Walker; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation of family and friends will be held from 5-7 p.m., Friday, October 18, at Flagg's Chapel of Serenity. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, October 19, at Abundant Life Ministries, 890 N SR 19, Palatka. Supt. Loverso Walker, Faith Temple COGIC, Daytona Beach, is the eulogist.
