Joseph "Buddy Boy" Grant, 66, of Crescent City, entered the sunset of life on Monday, April 25, 2022 at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center, Palatka. The son of Dan and Louise Grant, he was born on Wednesday, September 21, 1955 in Bamberg, SC. He was educated in the Denmark Public School District at Denmark High School, SC. He enjoyed fishing and working on the farm.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in eternal rest by his wife, Carolyn Ann Vance Grant; brothers, Dan Grant, Sr., Jacob Grant; stepdaughter, Jasmine Brown.

To cherish his memories: stepson, George Brown; stepdaughters, Deborah Vance Lane, Tina Milton and Angela Hubbard; sister, Rosa Grant; brother, Curtis Grant; a host of  grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces & nephews, Tawanda (Cliffton) Stroman; Danielle Grant; Lashonda Tucker; Curtis Grant, Jr.; Latissha Milton; Davita Grant; David Grant; Arthur Major Curtis Grant III; Ourk Grant; Anthony Williams; Asia Salone; Pastor Derrick (Melody) Blue; and a host of other relatives including great- nieces & nephews, cousins and friends.
