Joel T. Burkley was a native of West Seneca, NY and the husband of Deborah Burkley. Joel was the most dearest father of Matthew, Mark (Karen), Kevin (Aubrey) and Joanna (Phil). He is also survived by his siblings Gerald, Paul, Donald, Heidi and David as well as 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Mr. Burkley was a member of West Seneca #111 and Lake #72 Masonic Lodge, Barberville #51 OES, Palatka York Rite and life member of Vigilant Fire Company.
