Jennifer Michelle "Jen" Cazely, 37, of Crescent City, entered the sunset of life on Friday, April 2, 2021 at her residence. The daughter of Wanda Wilson Cazely and Keith Lloyd Cazely, Sr., she was born on Monday, August 15, 1983. She was educated in the Putnam County School District and a 2001 graduate of Crescent City High School. She furthered her pursuit of education at the University of South Florida, Tampa, earning a Bachelor's of Science degree in Social Science in 2005.  Jennifer was a social worker employed with Child Protective Services in Hillsborough County, FL.  In 2008, she returned to Crescent City due to health conditions.  Jennifer truly loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Abundant Harvest Ministry in Crescent City under the pastoral leadership of Elder Phillip Hobbs.  Jennifer was a very kind, compassionate and loving person who enjoyed listening to music, reading (especially her bible), spending time with her nieces and caring for her loving grandmother.

Jennifer was preceded in eternal rest by her mother.

She leaves to cherish her memories: father, Keith "Sonny" Cazely, Sr., Aberdeen, MD; brother, Keith (Christina) Cazely, Jr., Dallas, TX; sister, Sherlain "Buffy" Moody; devoted grandmother , Vernola Wilson Miller, Crescent City; uncle, Micheal (Daisy) Wilson, Savannah, GA; and a host of nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.

In compliance with CDC COVID-19 guidelines including required masks with social distancing, a visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Friday, April 9, at Johnson Temple COGIC, 1150 Huntington Road, Crescent City, Elder H. Harry Banks, pastor.  A Celebration of Life will be held graveside at 12 noon, Saturday, April 10,  at Eden Cemetery, 921 Oakwood Street, Crescent City, Elder Taurean Wilson, officiating.
