Jeanette McGriff, 80, of Palatka, entered eternal rest from her labors on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Solaris HealthCare, Palatka. Jeanette McGriff, the daughter of Freddie and Ethel McGriff, was a native and lifelong resident of Palatka, born on Monday, November 25, 1940. She was educated at Central Academy High School, class of 1958, Palm Beach Junior College, and nursing school at St. Augustine Technical Center. She was a lifelong member of Mt. Tabor First Baptist Church and retired as a teacher's aide at E. H. Miller School, working with medically needy students.

Jeanette was preceded in eternal rest by her parents, Freddie and Ethel (Dunbar) McGriff, Sr., brothers, Henry Lee Dunbar and Freddie "Pee Wee" McGriff Jr.; sister, Catherine McGriff.
