Jarvis Damon Cohen, 39, of Middleburg, entered the sunset of life on Thursday, December 16, 2021 in Jacksonville. The son of Dennis and Juanita Cohen, he was born on Saturday, February 6, 1982 in West Palm Beach. Growing up, Jarvis was a happy child who loved action figures and superheroes. He followed their lead and said he would one day be "The Black Superman". Jarvis was a funny/prankster type of guy. He was educated in the Palm Beach County School District. He later pursued a career in bartending. After completing Bartending College, he became a professional Bartender.

At an early age Jarvis was baptized at Hilltop Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Griffin Davis, Sr. He was active on the usher board and in the youth department.

In addition to his father, Jarvis was preceded in eternal rest by his brother, Darvaz Cohen; grandparents, General Forman, Inez Broughton Forman and Hamp Cohen.
