Fred "Junior" Douglas Frank, 74, of Crescent City, entered the sunset of life on Friday August 30, 2019 at Orange Park Medical Center.  The son of Booker T. and Florabell (Jackson) Frank, he was a native of Sardis, GA, born on Friday, March 2, 1945. He was educated in the Burke County GA., School District. Junior was a loyal and devoted member of Friendship Baptist Church, Crescent City. Over the years, Junior was a construction and environmental employee.  He enjoyed attending church services, fishing, working on machinery, and spending quality time with his family and friends.  Although he had a very quiet demeanor, he certainly loved to have fun and listen to "ole skool" music.  In addition to his parents, Fred was preceded in eternal rest by his siblings, Cherlyn Frank, Lizzie Frank, Joe Frank, Roosevelt Frank, and James Willie Frank.

To cherish his memories: 8 children, Jovon C. Franklin, Sharonda (Terryell Bush) Williams, Carla (Jarvis) Dillard, Tyrone Williams, Darrold Williams, Betty (Ervine) Farmer, Sharon (Johnny) Elmore, and Barbara Harris; 14 grandchildren; brother, John Frank, Dallas, TX; sister, Mary Glover, New Ellington, SC, sister-in-law, Mary F. Frank, honorable friends, Shirley Dudley and Joyce Simmons, both of Crescent City; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
