Frank Edward Mills, 69, of Palm Coast passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2012. He was born in Brooklyn, New York and relocated to Palm Coast in 1995. Frank was a retired transit motorman of 28 years with New York City Municipal Transit Authority. Frank was a former member of St. Phillips Episcopal Church and Beulah C.O.G.I.C. in Brooklyn, NY. He was a member of the Flagler Model Railroad Club. He leaves behind to cherish his memories, wife Ruth E. Mills, Palm Coast; daughter, Ayeshia (Robert) Wells, Crystal Mills, both of Palm Coast; son, Brandon Mills, New Jersey; sister, Barbara Flemmings, New York; and eight grandchildren. Homegoing Celebration will be 10 a.m. today Tuesday October 9h at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 75 Pine Lakes Parkway, Palm Coast, with Rev. Edwin Coffie, Pastor- Eulogist. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church.
