Floyd Lee Reynolds, 63, of Temperanceville, VA, entered the sunset of life on Friday, April 22, 2016 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Salisbury, MD. The son of Evelyn Chester and Willie Reynolds, he was a native of Polk County, born on Thursday, November 27, 1952. He was educated in the Putnam County School District. Floyd was a former resident of Palatka. He worked in agriculture, and enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends. He had a sense of humor and a special love for everyone. He would do anything to make people laugh. In addition to his father, he was preceded in eternal rest by one brother, Alvin Simon.

He leaves to cherish his sweet memories: mother, Evelyn L. Johnson, Palatka; sisters, Roxie Owens, Carol (Donald) Simon, Jasmine Johnson and Kendra Johnson , all of Palatka; Sandra (Willie) Tisdale, Jacksonville, NC; Sharon (Francisco) Cist, Vero Beach; Wanda Chester, Avon Park; Brandi Johnson, Palm Coast; brothers, Zavior Johnson, Palatka; Montray Johnson, Lake City; Brandon (Kiana) Johnson, Fayetteville, NC; stepsisters, Desaree Ford and Sharon Lundy, Palatka; stepbrother, Odell (Kassandra) Ford, Jr., Palm Coast; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and sorrowing friends.

Visitation of family and friends will be 5-8 p.m., Friday, April 29th at "Flagg's Chapel of Serenity". Celebration of Life will be 2 p.m., Saturday, April 30th, at House of God Church, 723 N. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Street, Palatka, Bishop Gilbert L. Evans, Jr., Pastor, is the Eulogist. Interment will be in Oak Hill East Cemetery.
