Obituary

Felicia Dean Angel Moseley, 49, of Palm Coast, entered the sunset of life unexpectedly on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at Florida Hospital Flagler in Palm Coast. Angel was born, April 29, 1961 in Peekskill, New York to Harry and Gloria (Kelsey) Moseley. She was educated in the Westchester County, NY School District, where she was a star athlete who excelled in track, cross country and varsity volleyball. In 1979, Angel was on the Peekskill High School State Championship team. Following graduation, she served in the United States Navy for nearly six years (Cryptologist). She was a member of the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Peekskill, New York. Felicia was an electrician employed by Metro North Railroad in New York until a sudden injury required retirement and she relocated to Palm Coast. She was known as "The sweetest woman in the world with the biggest heart", Angel never turned her back on anyone and welcomed everyone and everything into her life and heart. When faced with adversity she fought until the battle was won. She was a very dedicated mother, sister, daughter, aunt and grandmother to her family and a friend and mother figure to those that needed such. She will be missed and her memories never forgotten.

Angel is preceded in eternal rest by her mother, Gloria Dean Moseley & maternal grandparents, James Larue Kelsey and Emma Pearl (Mays) Kelsey; paternal grandparents, Henry Elwood Moseley and Emma (Love) Moseley-Peterson.

To cherish her memories: Daughters, Quynn Terez Moseley-Acord; Rosa Pearl (Timothy) Moseley-Miller, both of Palm Coast; Father, Harry Moseley, Peekskill, NY., Siblings, Harry E. Moseley, Denver CO; Susan (Alejandro Alex) Rivera; Stacie Joy Moseley, both of Newburgh NY; Timothy Sidney (Crystal) Moseley, Peekskill NY; Grandson Xander Acord, Palm Coast; Nephews, Alex Rivera, Timothy Moseley, Parker Rivera, Christopher Moseley, Tyler Moseley & Nicolas Rivera; Niece, Sophia Moseley and host of other relatives & caring friends.

A Memorial Service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, August 14 at the Chapel of Serenity, 2400 Madison Street, Palatka. Her beloved daughters, Quynn Moseley-Acord & Rosa Pearl Moseley-Miller will officiate.
