Eunice Esther Robinson, 70, of Georgetown, entered the sunset of life on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Shands at the University of Florida, Gainesville. A native of Clarksburg (Hepzibah) WV, she was born on Thursday, October 29, 1942 to Clyde & Esther (McIntyre) Gorby. She was a 1959 graduate of Bristol High School. On December 24, 1959, she was united in holy matrimony to Gordon Robinson. She was of the Methodist faith. For several years she was co-owner and operator of Robinson's Plumbing, (Bridgeport, WV) and later was employed as an Administrative Assistant at the Harrison County Health Department. Upon retirement in 2003, the Robinsons' relocated to Georgetown. Eunice was a former President of the Whispering Pines Association and was affectionately referred to as the "Queen of Bingo." Those who cherish her memories: devoted husband of 53 years, Gordon R. Robinson, who resides at their home in Georgetown; son, Willis "Bob" & wife Natalya Robinson, Virginia Beach, VA; daughter, Tina & husband Marty Trumble, Lawrence, KS; 7 beloved grandchildren: Hunter, Brittany, Samantha, Katie, Skyler, Chance, and Eli; and a host of other relatives and friends.
