Estella May Denmark Bunch, 88, of San Mateo, entered the sunset of life on Tuesday, May 2, 2017, at her daughter Patricia's residence. The daughter of Willie and Annie Lee (Brown) Denmark, she was born on Monday, February 18, 1929 in St. Petersburg, FL. She was educated in the Pinellas County FL School District. On November 16, 1946, Estella was united in holy matrimony to Eugene Bunch and became the proud parents of five beautiful daughters. She resided in Miami for many years and was employed as a Dry Cleaner Presser, entering retirement after 30 years of service. Mother Estella accepted Christ as her personal Savior and was baptized at Mt. Tabor First Baptist Church on September 3, 2000 and served in the Women's and Senior Ministries. She enjoyed coloring and reading, and especially loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents and husband, Estella was preceded in eternal rest by her daughter, Elaine Evans; four sisters and two brothers.

She leaves to cherish her memories: daughters, Betty Bunch, St. Petersburg; Stella (Cecil) Nelson, San Mateo; Shirley Bunch and Patricia (James) Purdy, both of Palatka; like a sister (cousin), Shirley Coleman, St. Petersburg; 14 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation of family and friends will be 5-8 p.m., Friday, May 12 at "Flagg's Chapel of Serenity." Homegoing Celebration will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 13, at Mt. Tabor First Baptist Church, 4909 St. Johns Avenue, Palatka, Reverend Karl N. Flagg, Senior Pastor, is the eulogist.
