Edward Steven "Steve" Hutcherson, 68, of Orlando, entered the sunset of life on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, in Orlando as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle/pedestrian accident. A native of Palatka, Steve was the son of Henry "Honeycat" Hutcherson, Sr., and Lucy Fields Hutcherson, born on Friday, August 11, 1950. During his early years, he was baptized at Mt. Tabor First Baptist Church.  He was a 1968 graduate of Central Academy High School.  Following graduation, he relocated to Boston, MS and was employed as a cab driver for several years. He moved back to Palatka for a few years before settling in Orlando. He was employed as an inventory clerk at Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom, before retirement.  Although maintaining a solemn privacy, Steve loved his family and always called and conversed with his mother.

In addition to his father, Steve was preceded in eternal rest by his paternal grandparents , Joshua Hutcherson, Sr., and Sylvan Hutcherson; maternal grandparents, Mabel Livingston and Ludrick Fields.

Those who will forever cherish his memories: devoted mother, Mother Lucy V. Hutcherson, Palatka; brothers, Henry (Connie) "Hutch" Hutcherson, Jr., Lakewood, NJ; Lawrence W. Hutcherson, Sr., Richard M. "Bubba" Hutcherson, both of Palatka; sisters, Eleanor H. Johnson, Port Orange; Lucy "Vickie" (Christopher) Powell, Lawrenceville, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
