Cynthia "Cindy" Ann Mullens, 61, of Crescent City, FL., entered the sunset of life on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at her residence and on this day, the world lost a remarkable woman, a devoted wife, a nurturing mother, a proud grandmother, a warm-hearted sister, and a compassionate friend. A native of West Virginia, she was the daughter of Richard Stanley Morgan of Pineville, WV, and the Anna Ruth Brown of Oceana, WV.

Cindy enjoyed being around water whether it was swimming in the lake, tubing down the river or sticking her feet in the ocean. Her hobbies included fishing with her husband and daughters, attending concerts when she was able, and constantly telling stories about "Nana's Angel Face". Cindy had an infectious smile, and never met a stranger.

Those with treasured memories: husband, Tommy Mullens, Crescent City, FL; daughter, Julia Vincent and husband Patrick, St. Augustine, FL; daughter, Stefanie Hash and granddaughter, Trinity Neal both of Vinton, VA; brother, Matthew Morgan, Columbus, OH; sister-in-law, Sue Brown of Chambersburg, PA, along with several cousins, aunts and uncles.

In accordance with Cindy's wishes, no public services are being planned.
