Constance Maria Dennis, 63, of Satsuma, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Connie was born in Batavia, NY to the late Raymond Dennis and Ernestine Sauls. She is survived by her long term partner, Darrell Caton; siblings: Jim Dennis, Joseph Dennis, Sue Starkweather, Anne Chavez, and Robert Dennis; her children: Benjamin Dennis, Nicole Desantis, Amber Salgado, Jacob Cuevas, Brittany Long, Travis Caton, as well as her 16 precious grandchildren. 

Connie had a smile that would light the room, her laughter and love of life was seen the most when she was surrounded by her grandchildren, whom she adored. She had a huge passion for music and would dance anywhere. Inspired by her brothers, Connie gracefully learned how to play a cajon and lugged it to every visit.

Her yard was her happy place, and her knack for gardening could be seen everywhere, caring for over 100 plants, and decor that she hand picked with great intention. Her ability to bring a vision to fruition amazed others.

Connie loved hard and always tried to find the good in every situation she faced. Her family was everything to her and her life has left an imprint of those that knew her best. She will forever be missed.

Her family will lay her to rest in Holley, NY, and her Celebration of Life will be announced at a later time.
