Obituary

Charles Lamb, 78, of Palatka, entered the sunset of life on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Putnam Community Medical Center, Palatka. He was born on Saturday, July 4, 1942 in Melbourne, FL. He was educated in the Brevard County School District. Charles spent many years of his life dedicated as an over the road truck driver. He worked at Seminole Electric Co-op for several years. Charles was of the Christian faith. His hobbies included fishing and boating. He has been a resident of Putnam County since 1967.

He leaves to cherish his memories: daughters, Shirley (Coby) Been, Belinda Lamb, both of Cocoa; Tashunie Lamb (Reginald) Curry, Tallahassee; Tywanie Lamb, Palatka; 13 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, and a host of other relatives and friends.

In full compliance with CDC COVID-19 guidelines, the Lamb family will host a private celebration of life service at 4 p.m., Saturday, July 18, at "Flagg's Chapel of Serenity."
