Brian Raymond Dunn, 43, of Pomona Park, entered the sunset of life on Saturday, March 24, 2012 on County Road 308B east of Beecher Springs Road due to injuries sustained in a hit and run traffic accident. The son of Phillip William and Barbara Elaine Dunn, he was born on Monday, November 11, 1968. A native of Sacramento, CA, he has resided in Pomona Park since 1985, moving from Dorchester County, Maryland. Brian was of the Methodist Faith and was a self-employed marine construction contractor, provided maintenance services for area convenient stores, and was formerly employed by Tommy Brenner and Jerry Cheshire. Brian also enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His hobbies included visiting especially at dinner time, fishing and crabbing with his father. In addition to his mother, Brian was preceded in eternal rest by his paternal and maternal grandparents; companions, Vicki McLaughlin and Bobbi Lynn Solana. Those who cherish his memories: father, Phillip William Dunn, Hurlock, MD; 4 sisters, Bonnie (Dale) Dunn Smullen, Satsuma; Belinda Louise Dunn, Amanda (Baron) Dunn Bailey; both of Herlock, MD; Amber Jean Kibler, Hartley, DE; 1 brother, Phillip Bradley (Cindy) Dunn III, Milford, NH; 7 nieces and nephews; and a host of loving friends and other relatives. A Celebration of life will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday (Today), March 28 at The Hideaway, Lake Como. A Celebration of life will also be held in Maryland at a later date and will be announced by the family.
