Brenda Ann Nelson Davis, 52, of Palatka, entered the sunset of life on Monday, June 20, 2022 at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital, Palatka. The daughter of Arthur James and Darlena (Wright) Nelson, she was born on Monday, April 6, 1970. She attended Palatka High School.  She subsequently earned her diploma and was a graduate of Putnam Banner Private School. Brenda was of the Baptist faith and a former member of Morning Star Baptist Church, East Palatka. She was formerly employed as a roller operator with West Wing Contractors and was a housekeeper with Holiday Inn & Quality Inn on the Palatka riverfront for over 20 years. She enjoyed fishing and planting flowers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in eternal rest by her sister, Diane Nelson; aunts, Shirley Spatcher, Sallie Marie Kemp, Veronica "Twees" Wright; uncles, Robert Wright, James Wright, Gorvan Wright, Clay Wright, Nehemiah Wright.

Public Visitation: 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, June 27; Celebration of Life: 2 p.m., Wednesday, June 28 at "Flagg's Chapel of Serenity". Elder Arthur Coley, Assistant Pastor, Passionate First Born Church, is the eulogist. Interment:  Oak Hill West Cemetery, Palatka.
