Billie Jean Floyd Flowers, 72, of Pomona Park, entered the sunset of life on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at her residence. The daughter of William Floyd and Ruth Floyd, she was a native of Burlington, North Carolina, born on October 5, 1947. She graduated from Granby High School in Norfolk, VA. On September 16, 1966, she was united in marriage to Charles Merwin Flowers, who preceded her in eternal rest in 2013.

She leaves to cherish her memories: son, Jeffrey Scott (Heather) Flowers; daughter, Kelly Lynn (Bradley) Harp; two grandchildren, Jade Arrington Hall and Zoe Linn Flowers.

The Flowers family will conduct a private memorial service and will spread her cremains according to her wishes. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Heart Association.
