Beverly Marie "Bird" "Two Mitts" Cooper-Wilson, 64, of Crescent City, entered the sunset of life on Monday, October 23, 2023 at Orlando Regional Medical Center, Orlando. The daughter of William and Thelma (Holland) Cooper, she was born on Saturday, October 17, 1959 in Jacksonville. Beverly was a 1977 graduate of Crescent City Jr.-Sr. High School. She continued her pursuit of education at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU), Tallahassee. Beverly was a longtime (20+ years) employee of Miller Enterprises Handy Way Stores. Beverly was an unbaptized publisher of the Jehovah Witness faith. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, fishing, and watching soap operas & softball.

In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in eternal rest by her daughter, Shayla Wilson; grandson, Khamel Wilson; sisters, LouAnn Campbell, Lucy Cooper, Telica Loftin, Tranessa Wilson; brother, Linwood Small, Sr.; daughter-in-law, Diedra K. Wilson.

A memorial service in honor of Beverly's life and legacy will be held 12 noon, Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 121 Ewers Road, Crescent City, Elder Dan Barry, officiating.
