Anthony "Tony" Bernard Hubbard, 44, of Ormond Beach, entered the sunset of life on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, Daytona Beach. A native of Queens, New York, Anthony was born on Sunday, November 17, 1968 to Alfred & Joann (McHenry) Hubbard. He was educated in the New York City public school system and graduated from Thomas Edison High School. Soon After, Anthony relocated to Florida, and attended Keiser College to study Computer Graphic Design. "Tony" as he was affectionately known was employed by Florida Waste Management Facility. He also volunteered as a Ticket Agent at the Daytona Playhouse in Daytona Beach. On June 9, 2001, "Tony" was united in Holy matrimony to Doris Rodriguez. Tony's favorite hobby was drawing cartoon characters. Tony was a family man who loved his nieces and nephews, and enjoyed being around them. Tony was preceded in eternal rest by his parents. To cherish his memories: beloved wife, Doris Hubbard, Ormond Beach; sisters, Katherine (Timothy) Barnhill, Naugatuck, CT; Michelle Hubbard and Ivanna Hubbard, both of Atlanta, Ga, West Palm Beach; aunt, Barbara (Bennie) Brooks, Palm Coast ; Father & Mother-In-Law, Bony (Tomasita) Rodriguez; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and caring friends. Celebration of Tony's Life will be 11 a.m. Friday, August 2, at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 75 Pine Lakes Parkway, Palm Coast, Reverend Edwin Coffie - Pastor.
