Obituary

Ann Ruth Perry, 60, of Fort Myers (Palatka), entered the sunset of life Saturday, July 3, 2010, at Orange Park Medical Center following a brief illness. Annie Ruth was the daughter of Lee Sr. & Eubelyne (Boyd) Perry, born January 19,1950 in Fitzgerald, Georgia. She was educated in the Putnam County School District. (Central Academy Class of 1968) In 1955, the family moved to Palatka, Florida from Georgia. In1969, she moved to Bronx, New York. Ann was a Certified Nursing Assistant employed at Beth-Israel Medical Center in New York City. She relocated to Ft. Myers in 1992 and lived there for several years. She resided between Palatka and Fort Myers for the succeeding years. Her hobbies included gardening, reading, listening to music and entertaining family & friends.

In addition to her parents, Son, Clarence Smith, Jr., two sisters, Ernestine Tina Perry Harris and Lena Mae Perry Gibbs preceded her into eternal rest.

Myers

Visitation of family and friends will be 5-8 p.m. Friday (Today) July 9 at the Chapel of Serenity. Homegoing services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, July 10 at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, 800 Madison Street, Palatka, Rev. Clarence Mallory, Jr., Pastor. Rev. Gregory Session, Associate Minister, is the Eulogist.

Interment will follow in Oakhill West Cemetery. The cortege will assemble at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the familys residence, 122 Roddy Road, Palatka
